On July 1, our college organized all faculty and students to watch the live. broadcast of the ceremony marking the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Participants held exchanges and seminars centering on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech

Cai Qiong, Secretary of Our College Party Committee:

The speech provides fundamental guidelines for theoretical research and moral-building education in the College of Marxism. The college should thoroughly understand its core essence, carry out theoretical interpretation around the six key codes behind “why the CPC succeeds”, and promote the spirit of the speech to enter teaching materials, classrooms and students’minds. Rooted in the characteristics of a university for ethnic minorities, we shall integrate the Party’s spirit of self-reform and efforts to foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation into ideological-political teaching and disciplinary development.

Li Haibo, Deputy-Secretary of Our College Party Committee and President:

Young people constitute a vital force for national rejuvenation. They must firmly follow the Party’s guidance, integrate personal ideals into the overall national development agenda, cast aside impetuosity, keep their feet firmly on the ground, hone capabilities through solid work, and radiate youthful vitality in building a great modern socialist country.

Tan Yuting, Party Branch Secretary of the Department of Marxist Sinicization, and Outstanding Party Affairs Worker at the University Level:

Recipients of the July 1 Medal stick to their posts at the grassroots level and accomplish extraordinary feats in ordinary positions . Work of primary-level Party organizations centers on people-oriented efforts. We must explain the Party’s innovative theories in forms welcomed by teachers and students. Ideological-political teachers ought to shape souls and pass on faith, demonstrating the power of truth through persistent dedication.

Jin Yao, Deputy-Director of the Student Affairs Office:

Yang Shuyao, Undergraduate student, Grade 2025:

As students majoring in ideological-political studies, we must delve into our disciplines, consciously apply Marxist stances, viewpoints and methods to observe epoch-level developments, merge individual selves into the greater collective, and devote ourselves to building a modern-day socialist country.
